Mission 5: Good looking, good listening  Ideas Play the describing game in the room or when out and about – ask the child to point to a number or object that you describe.  Swap over and let the child describe something for you to find.  Agents practise looking and listening carefully as you describe things in books or magazines, on television or in the room, maybe playing a ‘Guess what I am describing’ game where the name of the thing being described cannot be used. Then swap so that the child does the describing and you do the guessing. Play the Spot the Difference Game. Agents find out about spheres and cubes.  This mission focuses on observation and listening skills as Agents look for numbers or objects described to them.
